The Swiss Water Decaf Process is a decaffeination process in which coffee is decaffeinated using an environmentally friendly, chemical-free, 99.9% caffeine-free water process and all the while having great taste at the same time.
We buy the decaffinated green beans and roast them to a medium-dark level, bringing out a full bodied coffee with a flavour that packs a punch - it's still that chocolatey hug-in-a-mug that good quality Brazillian Aribica beans give, just with none of the caffine.
