Region: Las Isabellas
Our coffee from El Salvador is cultivated at the Las Isabellas farm and is a mixture of the Pacamara and Bourbon variety. Las Isabellas, located at an altitude of 1200-1450m in the west region of El Salvador on the south face of Apaneca is part of the Blue Harvest Project.
Las Isabellas is home to 175 acres of natural forest and natural springs, as well as waterfalls. Jose Roberto Santamaria, the owner of the farm, is commited to the management of the land and is proud that it has been certified as a Rainforest Alliance farm.
These beans form a mild, sweet coffee with wonderful flavours of plum and chocolate.
